qoda.ly provides two secure ways to log out of your account, protecting your session data:

• Session lock & Password Sign-In: this method quickly locks your current session while providing the option to fully log out and clear session data.
• Administrative Sign Out: this option is specifically designated for users with access to the Hub’s administrative interface.

Before You Start

• Save your work: ensure any unsaved changes or in-progress tasks are completed before logging out.
• Shared devices: if you are using a shared device to perform administrative tasks, always log out when finished to prevent unauthorized access.

Steps

Method 1: Session lock & Password Sign-In

1. Click the padlock icon: locate and click the padlock icon in the bottom right corner of the qoda.ly hub.
2. Choose full logout: click “Sign in with your password instead” on the lock screen.
3. Session terminated: you will be redirected to the qoda.ly sign-in page.

Method 2: Administrative Sign out

1. Access Admin Area: navigate to the administrative interface of the qoda.ly Hub.
2. Locate Sign out: find the “Sign out” button (usually at the bottom of the sidebar).
3. Click to Logout: click “Sign out” to end your session and return to the sign-in page.
