The Hub

The qoda.ly Hub is the central nervous system of your restaurant’s operations within the qoda.ly software. It’s a user-friendly interfac designed to streamline communication, order management, and staff workflows.

Imagine the Hub as your mission control center. Here’s what it allows you to do:

  • Order Management: staff can take customer orders directly on the Hub, accurately inputting order items, customizations, and any special requests.
  • Real-time communication: the Hub keeps your team informed. Staff can view order statuses, track kitchen progress, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Payment Processing: the Hub integrates with your qoda.ly-supported Card Readers, allowing staff to securely process card payments directly at the table.
  • Administrative control (Restricted Access): The Hub also houses qoda.ly’s “Admin” interface. This section is accessible only to staff with administrative permissions and allows for configuration of menus, settings, reports, and more.
